Children's Education- Sunday Mornings 9:30 am

At Clackamas Christian Center we believe that just like opening up a new tub of clay, kids are fresh, fun, and formative. Children play an important role in the ministry of our church and the job of our children's ministry team is to let the perfect Potter guide us along the way. Our goal is to have a fun time teaching your children Biblical principles at every age group, from preschool to preteen. We will then trust God to mold them into useful tools that will be ready to take the next step and make an impact.

	Sunday School- All ages "Anyone who runs ahead and does not continue in the teaching of Christ does not have God; whoever continues in the teaching has both the Father and the Son." (2 John 1:9) It all starts every Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m. The children break off into separate rooms to join with others their own age and have a blast learning about the Bible. Come early and experience the word of God as it leaps from its pages and into the hearts and minds of your child.
At 10:30 a.m. as Sunday school is ending the fun is just beginning for our kids. Our unique "three tiered" approach allows us to minister to every child at their level. No matter what age group your child belongs to, they have a place to call their own at Clackamas Christian Center.
	Preschool Praise Newborn--5 years old "From the lips of children and infants you have ordained praise.." (Psalms 8:2) Have you ever wondered what just a tiny taste of heaven would be like? Stop by Preschool Praise on any Sunday morning and have a taste of praise the way God ordained.
	The Journey Kindergarten--3rd grade Each week the kids will be joining us on an exciting journey, learning lessons and meeting characters from God's Word along the way. They'll also learn interesting facts about different lands, cultures and the wonderful world God created. So if you think you're up to it join us in the reply of Isaiah 6:8, "Here am I. Send Me!"
	Super Church 4th grade--6th grade "Church" takes on a whole new meaning when you step inside these doors. Here worship is wild, Bible lessons are bold, and prayer time is powerful. So, "Let the little children* come to Me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these."* (Mark 10:14)
Clackamas Christian Center also has two special Sundays.
	Big Church Sunday Kindergarten--6th grade Every couple of months there are five Sundays in one month. On this fifth Sunday of the month the kindergarteners through the sixth graders join together with the adults for one great gathering to praise the Lord in one accord.
	BGMC Sunday Kindergarten--6th grade On the second Sunday of each month the Journey kids join together with the kids from Super Church for BGMC Sunday. This week a special emphasis is placed on missions and missionary support. Each child is given a Buddy Barrel to fill each month with coins and cash that will be used to meet the needs of missionaries around the world. "Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation." (Mark 16:15)
